My sweet boy

I've been going through our old photos. This is from my old cell phone, from January 7th. We both had thrush, and the treatment (gentian violet) is why his little face is purple. I loved that monkey shirt. He's way too big for it now, and it makes me, his mama, sad.

I'm so proud of how he's growing up. He's so near walking and talking and so near not being my baby that it's scary and sad. He loves to give kisses, hugs, and is learning to wink! :)

my baby is growing so fast

in 9 days he'll be 11 months old. I can't believe it. I've been working on his scrapbook and can hardly remember him being so small. I still hold him for naps and I'm still his main food source, but so soon, too soon, I'll be hearing "No mom, I'll do it." For now I'll relish in the repeated calls for mama. Little boy, you are so loved.

My New/Old Obsession

I love to scrapbook. Em has been a wonderful husband with letting me take over our dining room, getting me a cricut expression AND cuttlebug (for Mother's Day!!), and not making a peep when I got my cartridges. He didn't say a word when I dragged him to Joann's and Crafts 2000 for supplies. I love him. I love making cards and scrapbooking. I've only tried my hand at altering a notebook once, and I loved how it came out. :) I'll share some of my projects below, but I have not got the hang of this picture taking thing yet.

Wow, it's been since March?

I'm a terrible blogger. I'm hoping to get better, though.

This past weekend (Mother's Day weekend), T and I traveled to Columbus to be with my brother and his family, and my parents, who traveled out there as well. We had tons of fun. Trenton loves my brother and sister in law. They're great with him.
My brother was baptized on Mother's Day, and I came home after service to spend it with Em and my baby. :)

Since my last post was about teeth, I guess I should let you know that Trenton is the proud owner of 5!!!! teeth now!
